After proudly serving 22 years in the Army, I transitioned into the field of esthetics—where I discovered a new mission and passion. As an esthetician, I am dedicated to continuous learning, always striving to master new techniques and provide the best experience possible for my clients. Every client presents a unique opportunity, and that is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I enjoy creating personalized treatment plans for different skin types and concerns, helping each client feel confident, relaxed, and renewed. The beauty industry has allowed me to continue serving others in a meaningful way while also giving me opportunities for creativity, personal growth, and lifelong learning—something I deeply value after my military service. Today, through Shay’s Peaceful Escape LLC, I combine discipline, compassion, and education to create a relaxing space where self-care and results go hand in hand.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you commit to scheduling an appointment with us, that appointment time is specifically allocated for you. We do understand that appointment adjustments may be necessary from time to time, however, Shay’s Peaceful Escape, LLC respectfully requires at least 24 Business Hours Notice for any and all appointment adjustments. Please understand that when an appointment is forgotten, rescheduled or cancelled without adequate notice, we lose the opportunity to schedule another guest for that time. Due to this circumstance, Shay’s Peaceful Escape,LLC does require all new clients to have a credit card on file in order to secure your appointment(s). Your card does not get charged until after services are rendered. In the event that we do not receive notice for an appointment adjustment at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, the following fees will be billed to the credit card held on file: Reschedules/ Cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and No Shows will be charged 50% of the service(s) that would have been rendered. We do bill accordingly – No exceptions. It’s not personal, it’s business. Late Arrivals We typically grant a 10 minute window for late arrivals to appointments, however, this arrival window is also subject to the service(s) being provided. If we have not received late notification from you within 5-10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment is subject to No Show consideration and a No Show fee will assessed. We are unable to accommodate a late arrival window for appointments that schedule for 30 minutes or less.
